Ty... but i´ve tried to make this with Left Mouse Button, but since most games patched the simulation of the Left Mouse Button i can´t do anything to make it work.

Well... since this program simulates de mouse clicks the only thing i can really do is :

When you fire (FULLY) with your Right/Middle Mouse button instead of the Recoil going UP it goes DOWN.
It´s a good idea for weapons with big recoil like PARA, EBR... but not for those GUNS with LESS/ALMOST no recoil.

It is detected but you need to request close. It's detected on my Win7 64bit and Win8 64bit.
