Tested on a F2P account, I ran the .exe as administrator and after the pop-up I immediately received an error that "BaseLoader has stopped working"

I found a way to fix the not moving.

1. Open TF2
2. Open the hack
3. PLAY A PRACTICE MATCH WITH BOTS
4. You can turn off and on anything you want here
5. Exit the match after a while
6. Join a server
7. There you go! Enjoy!

Please read the first post, you can press INSERT of F11 to open hack's menu and change it's configuration.

Lol, you don't have source of the hack, you can't fix it. I have no idea how to reproduce that error at the moment.
