Win.RaR?

Okay so being here for two days I've learned that Injectors and Hacks are opened/Used though Win.Rar But I don't have that program is there another program I could use to open and run these in? My friend told me Curse but that didn't work (I also new that it wouldn't from the start). Or is Win.Rar that only program I can use? Please help and If so can somebody post a Download Link to Win.Rar that is clean?

You can't extract the files without having WinRar.
