    Exclamation Account got locked help?

    Hey so i am trying to recover my runescape account because i came on and i noticed my email address removed but i did not get a email about removing my email and then the next day i came on and i tried to login and it said it was locked i entered all the card information, recovery's are 100% right any help pleasE????
