About all the Ribbons in crossfire.

Can some one give the list of the ribbons and explain how to get it? because like the "GRENADIER - You own all 3 of the Basic CrossFire Grenades" which three? and "WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON? - You have Chosen a Rival Factions side" a noob like me doesn't understand. could some one explain all of them?
give me a list don't just copy the the CF site, I need to know the step to get them, some of them are easy.

Just read the description.They are explained well except of the ones above^^
And if it says something with "event" then it is over and impossible to get them.
