Dude, i just looked at every screenshot again. The only 'perms' then, are just the 3 specialists, and the AK-74M. So that means there are so little perms, considering you said GP perms are F.O.C and the Anniversary gear are just logins. Further to that, there are no Elite Anniversary gear, but just the ones that practically do nothing. The rest of the screenshots are just 1D or 7D stuff, thats it.
