So is everyone using his fly/hover hack? It gives you a huge disadvantage. it's the best public hack ever.

Actually The fly hack can be used to go underground, and not die. As for the aimbot, you can kill, but you can be killed. You can also OPK, but you die too. So all in all, the fly hack is way worse because people don't even have a chance to kill you. You can even get guns people drop, so you never have to die.
