for some reason i started to get bad lagg in blackshot wich makes it hard to play for me but i never had this on my old computer wich is worse then my new one

i have 60mb internet 5gig ram a nvidia gt 440 video card amd athlon(tm) II x3 450 processor 3,20 Ghz 65bit operation system al my drivers r up to date so idk why im still lagging so could anyone help me with this please
