if you want to watch if you have been banned, click on your profile and yes. Right on the edge is then "Vac-excluded". If it is there, you're banned

Right now, Im having this problem, even my friends who haven't hacked has this. There something wrong with the servers I think

If you see a message saying that your 'Account has been permanently banned...' then yes otherwise no.

If needed run the GCF for Call of Duty: Black Ops II Multiplayer otherwise Steam could be down and I'd wait a few minutes and try again. Keep an eye out on Steam's Twitter page.
