    Is this a good build?




    It comes up to around £1.2k
    Also could you recommend a monitor which is good for gaming (i hardly know anything about monitors)

    I recommend swapping Aftermarket CPU cooler, and 80 Plus certified power supply is a good thing to have

    and this motherboard (your one is way too much of an overkill): Amazon.com: ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard: Computers & Accessories This is a slight overkill, but it'll save you £40 to spend on other junk.

    750W is overkill.
    650W would suffice.
