First of all Hihiman1 your Ad Hominem arguments will win you no respect, if you wish to have a debate regarding belief structures at least do it in a civilized fashion. Let's make a clarification, atheism: "is the absence of belief in the existence of deities." This is a direct quote from wikipedia. If you want to debate the merits of Big Bang cosmology or Evolutionary theory, they are in no way related to atheism. Both of those were "proven" in the scientific arena, if you wish to disprove either you should first graduate high school, go to college majoring in the field you wish to disprove, collect data that supports your claims, write out a paper thoroughly explaining your findings and how they relate to either of those theories, submit your paper to peer-review in several scientific journals, have your claims verified by other scientists and then your done. Congratulations, you have stopped the evil godless lie that is (insert theory you wish to disprove).
Religious arguments get us no where as a society, every "knows" the truth, and everyone else is always wrong but you. "God" can't be proven or proven false because God by definition is Super-Natural, the only things that can be proven to be true are things in the natural world.
Now you can believe whatever you wish, but once your beliefs start harming society don't expect me to stay quiet about it, if your beliefs cause harm I will call them out and argue against them and will show no restraint. Religious groups feel that that we need to respect their beliefs, not call them ignorant for accepting bronze age beliefs over the vast knowledge the human race has gained since the Enlightenment and the Age of Reason.

Yes. It is bigger than world hunger.
1. I would love a bible, I only have 3 bibles (Old and New Test, JKV), 2 New Testament (NIV) and 2 Russian-English Parallel bibles (NIV). My family is awfully religious.
2. Read it in sections, don't read it all at once if it's too much.
