It drops from a god in the god lands. The portal looks like the Nexus portals in the cloth bazaars.

You buy the key in nexus. jk, get to lvl 20 and tp to godlands, kill the flying pink things ( not the brains ) and you`l get a portal sooner or later

got 50 dex in 50 min that way since on a maxed warrior killing limon takes ~20 sec
