Well look onto my thread of my Rattlesnake glitch. Follow all the steps, and when your on top of the mountain you will see the roof of where this guy is standing. Slide against the mountain and you'll land on top of the roof. But be careful make sure you have at least 70+ HP before attempting this, as it reduce your HP after you fall onto the roof.
