Suggestions about this sig? :3

Recently a friend of mine asked if i could make a signature for him,he asked me to make something with Ahri and to add a drain/burn/soil effect.

This is what i've come up with:

However i find it REALLY quirky,does anybody have suggestions to improve it? i can share the .XCF if needed

Added attachment with a .psd converted from the .xcf and the .xcf
I don't think a virus scan is required for those,right?

I'd try adding more faint lines around her face instead of those bold patches as it covers her up and she is the primary focus of the image.
See how it goes for you.
Also, maybe add some grey-variations on the right as it's just a huge black-patch.

Well, I don't have GIMP...so I can't help edit with you. But I still did some editing of my own.
I messed around with the colors to give that "300 SPARTANS" feel and added some digital lines.

i like the colors,however i don't like those little lines that pop out from anywhere =.=

BTW i wanted to emulate the style of Soul Sacrifice somehow (red and black splatters coming out of sacrificed bodies)

But, since you have the render file, fade away some of the lines around her face a little bit.
And give more vibrancy to her face to make sure she is the target of focus.

If you want to try i just added the .xcf with a .psd conversion (i hope it'll be fine,lolol!)
On a side note,your sig is a bit too dark ò.ò but not a big deal without the .xcf/.psd files xD

Yea, I didn't realize the original render was more light orange/pink rather than my idea of dark/blood red.

I just did an "end of the world" signature for someone... so my mindset was somewhere else

Actually researched that she absorbs people's humanity so I tried to add an absorb effect.
Like she is draining the life energy of someone.
This is what I came up with:
