To be honest, if you got banned by Battleye, asking them to unban is not going to happen. There's practically no false/positives with Battleye. They'll just tell you that you hacked.

I agree with the above posters. They don't really get paid that much anyways to have to deal with bitching from hundreds of people. I lost my key from a hacker that hacked my computer and stole it which was worth a good $20, I got over it anyways after like a day.
