I had a razer headset before damn thing stopped working after three months. Was a really good headset but badly made. Mouse looks cool tho I always wanted a mouse that had buttons on the side.

I got a razer keyboard and a mouse (lycosa and lachesis) and the lights are cool, they dont bother me and they never broke till now.

I would think the light would get annoying.

It's underneath your palm so it makes no difference.
You can also switch it off if you want to.

Recently got my first razer product also. Friend was selling his Arctosa keyboard for 5$ so i said fuck it and bought it. Will probably replace it with a mechanical pretty soon though.

I have owned a lot of Razor products, and almost all of their cords broke.

I've owned quite a few as well, though I've never had this issue. You must be abusing them.
In fact, the cabling is one of the few things Razer has done right. It's a lot more durable than most.

They have this feature that would have been good if it had a bit better traction. The scroll wheel has two modes, the regular mode on all mice with the "click" sound when you turn it, and an accuracy mode where the scroll wheel is a free wheel. I loved that for the first couple days, but it was a bit too lubricated and sometimes turned on it's own. I just went back to the regular scroll mode.

Can't be worse than what I already have, can't even use it due to it scrolling on it's own.
