All I have to say on the matter is this:
Your admin STOLE my intellectual AND copyrighted work and put HIS name and THIS website on it.
You can google copyright infringement if you want.
I can revert your vip installer to it's source and match it to my au3.
It is the EXACT SAME code posted on this page:
https://www.mpgh.net/forum/164-combat...-stufs-1*****ml
It just so happens, I made the executable just after I woke up on 7-30-09 and uploaded it to mpgh.
These are no fucking empty threats.
Do not assume I am after the d3hacks community.
I am after the person(s) involved with the theft of the program from MPGH.
I have the information on who it was that edited my files, BROKE my terms and posted it here.
As far as no copyright:
Copyright occurs automatically when both of two conditions are satisfied:
1. the creation of an original work and
2. "fixation of that work in any tangible medium of expression."
17 USC §§ 101, 102(a), 302(a).
Loading copyrighted material into a computer's semiconductor memory does create a fixation that satisfies the legal test for copying.
MAI Systems Corp. v. Peak Computer, Inc., 26 U.S.P.Q.2d 1458, 1464 (1993), 991 F.2d 511, cert. dismissed, 510 U.S. 1033, 114 S.Ct. 671 (1994).
The current law in the USA requires neither a notice of copyright (e.g., "Copyright 1997 Ronald B. Standler") nor registration of the work with the U.S. Copyright Office. 17 USC §§ 401(a), 407(a), 408(a).
Your administrator there, because the infringement was willful may have to pay me up to $150,000.
I contacted my lawyer, I DO have a case. If I want to keep going with this- depends on if he replies to my email.
If I decide to go through with it- I might actually donate a large amount of that to Nexon.
They did create a wonderful game and I did not create a means to gain an advantage in it.
