Or should I upgrade some more.. Im making a gaming desktop that can handle any game you throw at it...

Use a i7, from expereince of others, Intel just seems to perform better than AMD. Although its your choice. (i7 have a large overclocking community as well). I would also get 6GB of DDR3 memory, a XP SP2 64 (or 32) Bit and Vista 64 (or 32). Just have one OS running 32 incase of a uncompatibility issue. (I heard XP x64 has compat issues so I just use a x32 dual booting with a Vista 64.) And maybe a low power integrated G-card becuz NVidia supports switching graphics card to eco-mode if power bills are an issue XD.

You Might want to switch out the HDDs for one SSD (For boot sector and resource heavy programs) and 2 250GB - 500GB HDD so in case one fails, you have another one for back up.

I would Upgrade the video card if I was you. Maybe to at least 9800 GT. Should be about a hundred dollars. Im saving up for a GTX 250.

Well your rig isn't that good for gaming since you have a mid range graphics card. Everything else is pimped so yeah. You definately, need a GTX 280. You people don't know shit. Seriously a "cooling vent" isn't needed unless you overclock and it's called a liquid cooling system.
