If you wake up at a different time in a different place, could you wake up as a different person?

Find a hammer & smash them. Buy new computer & mic. Fixed.
Is it an USB mic?
If yes your USB ports might be damaged. The front USB ports of my last PC were all damaged/not working 100%.

Oh! Great Odin's raven!
Let me google that for you
I have spent hours researching this issue, just typing "How to fix a static microphone" will show results for fixing a working microphone which makes static noises (which is a very easy fix). The reason why i posted this thread was to get help from people who might know about this issue and would like to share how to fix it, since there are no real fixes on most other forums and google search links. If you read the past comments on this thread then you would have realised this, instead you just saw this thread and decided to comment with you stupid little "fix" to get your posts up. Please next time dont be so rude and read!
I am also still looking for help, please comment if you have any relative information about this issue.
Take your microphone, open it up on the end of it, check for any cut/broken wires, then throw the microphone in the dumpster buy a new microphone for less then 3$

I won't bother to read everything but what I did read...
Ensure you have sat the recording Device in Skype. (This doesn't always happen)
Don't install random drivers and such, this will just cause problems if you do it too much. (Lies but yeah )
Also as I think they said before, ensure that you have sat the recording device. (This shouldn't be anything to bother about, as it's Skype you're gonna set these settings in)
