Urm I'm not really sure on what you're asking, but if it's for comments...
    1. The i7 4770k is a HUUUUGE overkill. I'd go with max i7 3930k.
    2. If you're running a i7 4770k, I'd suggest 900W+ PSU.
    3. SSD - Depending on budget...
    Cheaper budget: Force Series
    Higher budget: Neutron Series
    4. Same with GPU...
    Cheaper budget: https://www.amazon.co.uk/computers-ac.../dp/B0074VVTPI or a 660Ti.
Higher budget: https://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-GTX-GDD.../dp/B007O3IN82 or the 690 if you have an extensive budget.
    5. How many monitors will you be powering? 32gb isn't essential. 16gb does me fine.
    7. Motherboard looks beautiful.

If you give me your budget, I'll find a decent build for you.
    Also give the purposes.

    Sorry but...

Do you know anything about computers?
    1. The i7 4770k is LESS powerful than the 3930k... NOT to mention the 4770k is cheaper. Intel Core i7 4770K vs 3930K
    2. The 4770k consumes LESS power than the 3930k... A whole LOT less in fact 68.5w vs 172w. Why would you go with a 900w PSU just for the CPU? PSU only comes into factor with graphics cards.
    5. RAM has nothing to do with powering monitors.
    7. He couldn't use that mobo if he went out and bought the 3930k like you suggested to him...

    Here... @Justin

Let's go over a few things... I've put the above build together for you as a reference to the cheapest price available for your needs since you did not specify a price range.

CPU: i7 4770k - Here's the question. ARE YOU GOING TO BE OVERCLOCKING? Because if you're not then you can save yourself $40 and get the non-unlocked 4770 which is the same performance wise, it just won't overclock as well.

CPU Cooler: Once again if you are not overclocking then the standard box cooler or standard air cooling will do you fine, I've added in a CM Hyper 212X which is a very good upgrade to the box cooler, it should keep your CPU nice and cool in summer because i know how hot it gets here lately.

Motherboard: You specified that you wanted the ASUS Deluxe edition, now i'm going to ask you Why? All decent brand of motherboards give you the same QUALITY, you're only paying for the extra features. Is there anything that the ASUS Deluxe has that the ASROCK Extreme 6 doesn't? And you're going to ask yourself... Do you really need that feature for the extra $100 price tag? The Extreme6 is good quality, supports SLI, 4 ram DIMMs and will do everything besides cook your breakfast. - A good general rule i like to follow when buying motherboards is AGAM which means ASUS - GIGABYTE - ASROCK - MSI . Any one of those brands are generally reliable and made for PC enthusiasts.

Case: The NXZT Phantom 820 is out of stock until the 27th of July at PCCG, but if you only want it for looks then i don't see why you would pay the extra $100 for it... Corsair Obsidian = Stylish/Cool/Feature packed

Graphics Cards: You specified you wanted to run a tri monitor setup? Well the 4gb 680s are good value at the moment, you are going to NEED that extra VRAM to run 3 monitors while gaming, 2gb just does not cut it when running a tri monitor setup - if you go out and buy 2x 2gb 770s then you might think you are doing well by getting the 770s but you're gonna run out of video memory so fast you won't be able to see them nice textures and anti aliasing. I added two to your order because you shouldn't really need 3, i can run bf3 on 2 monitors ULTRA settings with two 7950s...

Power Supplys: You don't need anything over 850w for 2 graphics cards, the 680s are extremely efficient and even 850w is overkill but i like to overkill on my power supplies because putting them under too much stress is a no-no. I have the hx850v2 personally and it runs well, as i said i am running 2x 7950s and a 3770k @ 5ghz. If that's not testing the PSU enough then i don't know what is.

RAM: Once again it's wants over the price, do you NEED 32gb? You must be doing some hardcore shit man, i have 16gb and i can run chrome, photoshop, vegas pro, steam, skype, msn, etc all at the same time without it going over 40%. Save yourself another $100 please. Corsair & GSkill are the most trustworthy brands. Kingston is OK.

SSD: 120-240gb is generally good these days... The top brands are Samsung & Intel, closely followed by Corsair, Sandisk & Crucial.

HDD: 1tb - anything from Western Digital or Seagate usually gets my vote.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Centrecom has some NZXT 820s in stock and I'll most likely go to MSY to source my parts as well to reduce cost further and save a few hundred dollars.

You have actually nailed everything on the head hear mate! Budget wise you aced it as well and have provided some extremely useful information for me and a build to compare to when making future decisions. Thank-You
