I HAVE SEEN THEM TOO, I WAS PLAYING YESTERDAY AND SOME HACKER USING A KNOWN VIP HACK SPAWNED WEAPONS, i have seen the neostead, plasma, silenced chrome, the trophy and nuke box.. I am wondering, there is this hacker that uses private hacks that he has made them himself. His name in AVA is often something similar to Freddy11, has anyone heard of him? I have some footage of him using a plasma gun shooting me in soccer stadium and me flying up into the air and onto the very top of the stadium way above the seats.
