Yea that's true. And thank you for the advice. BTW Ravallo is extremely busy I pm'd him long ago no response. I rarely see him on like that.

I did refund him, even though it wasnt me it was money out my own pocket . I just wan't to come back to MPGH already hopefully I can get a temp blacklist I honestly don't care if its 1 month-1year. My dreams are already crushed due to MM applications being out already and me being banned for nonsense.

I think you should be unbanned, due to the protocol for any scamming that takes place, once the original owner is repaid, they would be unbanned. But being unbanned is one thing, what you can now do in the market place is another.

However, there is still other consequences which @Ravallo has to address. So I can't really help you.

1. It wasn't me it was my brother who did it. 2. The reason I refunded the money is because my account was held responsible. I'm also not selfish and care for other people. You can ask around how many times I helped people out with money. I help people who got scammed get there possessions back.

Thats up to ravallo I guess. I mean he gave many other people chances that weren't half as good as me. They maybe seemed "trusted" in the Market section but you already know I have a heart greater than most people. I helped many people on MPGH guys that got scammed and people that Had money issues. I don't know any of these people in real life and its not like im getting a benefit from any of it. That would be very nice If Ravallo gave me a temp blacklist. To be honest I would donate more to MPGH if he does (25-50). No Idea why someone would donate more to MPGH to get banned again as a scammer.

Yes Its my responsibility because he was on my computer on my IP so yes I take all responsibility. I already paid the user back explaining the situation that Happened. I was just aware of it about a month ago.

That would be nice in your heart to give me a Temp Blacklist I honestly don't care long it is. I'm not a scammer and never will be so I don't want Perm Blacklist on my name. Atleast if I ever decide to leave MPGH Its temp not forever.

I also see you gave many people chances. People with half the heart I have. I help so many people on MPGH. MPGH is a home to me and a hobbie.

I honestly wouldn't mind donating to MPGH again as I said in my post to Approved.

Yea... I'm fairly certain it was him and not his brother.

In any case, until he admits it I don't see this going anywhere.
