Some accounts will get a security question because the IPs are too different.

You can still login thru the launcher.

The only difference is that you can't change skin/pw, etc. If you did that though, the owner will realize his account was hacked and change the pw.

I can't really find one that will work for you without a security question because I don't have your IP, so I can't test it and so on.
