something is wrong with my house electricity...

ok i need help here guys, only ONE of the room in my house have no power(everything shutoff like a/c, my pc, tv ,clock, internet, and the whole bath room power) i already tried googling this and they keep saying about loose connection in the junction box (which idk what the hell that is) and to "turn on" the gfci thing, well i did, i went around the house looking for the gfci thing and i found only 3 and reset it (which idk why i would need to because the outlet arent even been use except for one but that was only occupying a tiny light bulb) which didn't work and my dad tried to reset the room power from the "power box" (if that what the grey thing on the wall is called lol) and it didnt work... so i told him to reset the WHOLE house power and he did... 3 times and it still didnt work. i dont want to call an electrician, too cheap for that lol. so if anyone with experience w/ electricity please help also before the room went out we had a lot of stuff on like the a/c, 2 gaming pc (my psu is 700w) that was on high performance..., the tv, and 2 light bulbs... but that didn't shut down the power before though...
