how to increase Fps in BLR

Hay guys i noticed noone really posted a guide on how to increase the fps in BLR so i thought id share

1. On your C: drive (or whereever it installed) find (most likely in program files) Perfect World/Blacklight Retribution/FoxGame/Config/PCConsole/Cooked/PCConsole-FoxEngine

should look like this page


2. Open PCConsole-FoxEngine, should open in notepad and do a CTRL+ F to find “bSmoothFrameRate” set that to equal true.

3. right beneath this setting is minsmoothed and maxsmoothed, set maxsmoothed to like 1000 then save the file and set it to Read-only so the game can’t override it.

4. Load into Blacklight.

if u are on steam like me then BLR will be in steamapps/username/BLR

MAN this helped out alot better gameplay now , i got over 250 ms and i play like 60 ms XD awesome !!!1
