    Lag for no reason

    I used to play on a laptop that had a dual core and 4 gigs of ram and i wouldn't have to many problems with lag as long as i was on lowest settings. now that I have built my new computer and started using that i lag no matter what i have the settings at. my new computer has a quad-core i5 with 8 gigs of ram and a Radeon XFX 6850 black edition. Nothing is over clocked at the moment, so I should have no lag what so ever. I'm positive it is not the internet connection and i have re-installed nfsw multiple times hoping to fix it. I have updated all my drivers and I'm not over heating, I can't find a solution can some one please help.

    Do you experience lag in free roam only and frame rate drops-freezes also in free roam only or in events too ?

    i get lag in free roam and events but not in safe house

    Yeah , I have FPS drops recently too , cuz of server issues .Maybe it will get better in the near future if devs will fix the servers.

    i just tried again and it only lags on this computer my laptop has no lag at all, so i don't think its the server.

    i think you didnt install gpu drivers and you pc uses basic defined drivers

    all of my drivers are up to date that is one of the first things i checked
