umm by the error message id say it didnt extract properly, but by the top message it looks like your windows cant find the file it wants to find because the tmk is not for ur windows version

click on the program icon the exe one not the setup and go to propertys. Then find run with and deselect 18 bit change to 32. Occasionally works but I also aggree with previous post could be corupt when extracted
