Calling it by the file extension could mean it is a variety of codecs.
Make sure you are using ALAC bby. Apple Lossless - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
If you don't say ALAC you could be talking about AAC which is a lossy codec. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Audio_Coding

So many factors depend on length, quality, your hardware, etc. I doubt you'll have a movie done within the hour.
