Thanks to my knowledge of decryption in Elsword, after a long work... Dragon Nest could modify at will. buff Duration / skills / drops / SP and more. this is just a preview of no cooldown.


Example Warrior , Gladiator , MoonLord Skills :




Delay Time : Cooldown Skills
Decrease SP : Decrease SP of skills
SkillExplanationID : Name of the Skills (in ID)
