You could look at things while in lobby, and when in-game.
If you can use OllyDBG or IDA, search for like isAlive or so

For some reason when I was using the host hacks, it gave the unlimited ammo and god mode to someone else, haha.

That means you're not player 1
As most of these trainers are using player 1 as their "host player".

Solution to this would be comparing 'client number' with names

SP+MP ranked or not(dedicated) doesn't matter
this should work. only no-recoil crashes after everyround.
