PACIFIC RIM=BEST MOVIE EVER

I saw Pacific Rim today.
I had to wait a bit before I posted this so I would calm down.
Anyone who has watched Evangelion will love this so fucking much.
Let me list the reasons this is like evangelion just americanized and modernized.
I can't tell if these are on purpose or on accident, but either way I love this shit.

 

• Marco or whatever is pretty similar to Rei, they were both raised by the lead commander nigga and they have a deep connection.
• The leader of the program has to receive conformation and shit like that from the world leaders.
• The main character gets absolutely demolished at the start.
• The robot pilots wear ugly ass suits that look the same as the suits in Evangelion.
• The main character has a love interest with the silent but strong bitch.
• The pilot/s reside in the robots head.

In conclusion: Seriously watch this shit, this movie is awesome.

Just watched it. Honestly I didn't draw any comparisons. The movie felt like a little bit of every mecha and kaiju manga/anime put together. I loved it. But damn some of the acting sucked.
