Speed Hacks (Working Windows XP SP3)

I've been trying for a long time to find speed hacks again - NeverBorn's post doesn't help me... Some people say his only works for Vista.

Anyways, on the MPGH homepage, there's a post by Dave talking about Cheat Engine 4 and 5, and so I decided to download it and use it... Maybe I'll get some speed hacks!


What I did -
1. Downloaded Cheat Engine 5.5 from Dave (it's included in the Attachment)
2. Installed Cheat Engine
3. Have Combat Arms set to Windows 2000 compatitbilily.

4. Open Valkyrie injector
5. Added NBproductions.dll
6. Clicked Auto Inject

7. Started Combat Arms.
8. Alt-Tabbed out and went into Cheat Engine.
9. Clicked the flashing button on the top left corner, and doubled clicked on Engine.exe

10. I clicked on Enable SpeedHack, and set the speed to 2, just to test it out. The typing bar in the login screen flashed faster than normal - noticeably faster.

11. Changed speed to 1.05
12. Joined a game and noticed a huge difference in speed, killed a few guys, died once, and quit - I was very excited to share this with everyone on MPGH...

Yes i know, and you did a good job with the tut. The problem with the speed hack (for you) is that you have different computer settings and programs. Post your problem on the help thread, instead of making a new one. Again, fantastic tut.

Well I gave up after trying every compatibility, re-installing, using my friend's Engine.exe (it works fine for him, so he says thanks to you)

Dark Byte's speed hack used to work fine, before Nexon made Engine.exe ALMOST un-injectable

He has vista while I have xp

When I ran the hack for him, I just put compat. to windows 2000 - same as my computer

Everything is the same for us except he's on Vista and I'm on old XP

This hack works... but I can only go a few minutes into the match. I close outta the match and it says a speedhack was detected, and combat arms will close after I click OK. Man :/. I'm still on the search for some working hacks...

That's because you set the speed too high - kind of my fault... The screen shot liez

I'll fix that problem right now, but
Set it to 1.05, and then go up in speed to 1.1 after 3 matches or so

The only problem is, Dark byte's speed hack's 1.5 speed is like 1.2 in Cheat Engine. I learned this the hard way (got detected xD)

already tried your hack. it's even worse, afraid to say. It DC's me even before I login.

Well yeah I got detected too cause I went up to 1.5. I was just to lazy to wait =).

Can't you do other things with this like unlimited ammo?

Yeah, i think u just use the *8 thing. I love using CE on games, but i only know how to get addies for flash games D=

What i dont get is Neverborn,idk y people use the speed hack beecuase if u were to do 1.5 speed u get detected and get perma banned.and if u were to do like 1.5+ same thing.but if u use 1.4- u end up not running that much faster anyways....

I can get up to 2 without getting detected >.<

Just minimize every three games and go up .1

Always start off at 1.4

And u do run faster but the main thing is you shoot waaaaaay faster and knife very fast which pwns in melee only rooms

1.05 is not a speed increase at all rofl xD.

1.1 works just fine... no DC for me. Well I do DC after a while though... it might be my bypass... i'm using the nbproductions.dll one.
