make the message pop up for the post quotes too

when you get a message a little box pops up and notifies you, this should be for all notifications, especially post quotes.
and it's annoying as fuck to have to scroll to the top click the little notifications drop down load the whole other page then click the one you want it would be way easier to have the little pop up because it eliminates all of that
