Can i get the blade of awe items using necromancer?

So i want to get Blade Of Awe and i want to know if i can get it using necromancer,or i need other class?And i heard i cant use necro during the Awe quests because it make the drop rate 0,is that true?

i got the runes using necromancer i turned on auto attack on the djinn guy and went to sleep and when i woke up (13 hrs later) it was there

Nothing the player does can affect the drop rates of items. They are based on a percentage that the AE devs decide on. Whoever told you this lie just doesn't want you to get the parts easily. Necromancer is a great class as it usually never dies when facing enemies with high health/damage.

what? I got the whole Blade of Awe with only Necromancer class equipped and got the runes pretty easily, and I never got banned...perhaps I was lucky
