Hello MPGH members,

I wonder if someone please could make a mod that only unlocks the emblem called "10th prestige spinning skull" and no level 70 just simply unlock the emblem and maybe a text that says SPINNING SKULL UNLOCKER, btw i'm gonna use this for pc (mw2 liberation) normal steam version of MW2.
