The integrated graphics card would bottleneck performance. The processor may handle the game engine, but graphics are obviously handled by the gfx card, and integrated gfx are not up to snuff.

Building a computer might not be as cheap as consoles but its definitely worth it when your playing games on high settings at 60fps that look much better than consoles
You could easily build a computer for $500 that would play games decent but not maxed out
