Federal law states 14, state laws may be different, but Federal law can over-ride the state laws, while it would be difficult to find a company that takes that risk, it is plausible, I currently live in Arkansas, and just last month lived in Florida, 15 is the state law there, I THINK.

let me tell you something bro nobody is going to hire people under 15-16 in the US ever unless they some poor mothafuckers and if you live in massachusetts like i do they have income tax too and other taxes that stop you from getting jobs at young age unless you know somebody and you pay under the table
