How can it be possible to get skins from me if they have to wait 2 weeks? My thread is only one week old :P. You have to wait one more week for results.

Does level 30 have anything in common about waiting time to get gifting available? I don't think so.

Oh i didn't knew that you are talking about required level since you asked about that 2 weeks time. Anyway you need 2 weeks + 10 level - but level 10 is not a problem i think.
