Failed to connect to host server

My game starts up and i can login and enter any room, but if i join any game it stops at loading screen then it says failed to connect to host server.

what should i do?

i have a good internet connection .. i re-installed the game but the problem still exists.

I play crossfire fantasy games .. this is a private server
in game, there are two servers; LA & EU .. in LA server the game works fine, but in EU i can't enter any game .. it just says failed to connect to host server

OT: uninstall crossfire. Run CCleaner(Registry). Make sure you have all the requirements(directx) and any other requirements. Update all your drivers. Restart crossfire. Reinstall crossfire. Restart your computer. Login crossfire.

If that doesn't work contact support.
