XP and KDR Bugged?

I Was Playing Some Games for couple of hours and I noticed that my XP and KDR Has been the same, i asked alot of people and they said it's bugged and alot of people have been getting it, Anyone else been getting it? cause i am

I got a bug similar to that but worse.. Instead of not gaining XP. i get Xp taken away from me. So for say i got 200xp from a quarentined or spyhunt game. Instead of gaining the 200xp i would get 200xp taken away from my current xp

Example: ( for those who dont understand)

37,234xp + 200xp (from quarentined) instead of it being. 37,434 it would be 37,034..

Preaty annoying i went from 81% in my level to 73% befor i noticed...
