set Perks as Killstreak

I did this in my Infected mod.

Basicly, what i did was monitor the kills for the player, and when the player reached a certain killstreak the script would give the player the perk.
Perhaps you should take a look at the killstreak.gsc and try to change it in such a way the script gives perks instead of killstreaks
