    NK is a threat but they are more of a nation thats rly pathetic. They know the only way they can do anything is with nukes since they lack technology and manpower, and even then all you have is a country threatening to go out on a suicide attempt. They are a threat but its as if they aren't. Unless they somehow get amazing technology, they will never rly be a threat, just a country who has a way to commit suicide while hurting another nation.
