    MW3 custom camo error

    hello when ever i try and change the files in the IW_06.......in winrar i get this error ! Cannot create __rzi_20.024
    can some one shed some light into what im doing wrong i tried changing permissions try seeing if the fieles were set to read only but there not so i have no idea what todo now heres a screen shot plz some one shed some light for me
