I am looking for people to start hunting for me. What you will hunt for, is people who want to make money online. You can find them however you like, by advertising it on other sites, making a video on youtube, asking your friends and relatives, however you want.

You can advertise the following text:
"Message me/Add me on facebook or skype if you want to learn the best and easiest way of earning money online. (it is free)."

Once they add you/ message you, tell them to add me on skype: n5000marios, or facebook (George Ripple), or just email me at mariosdemosthenous@hotmail.com and say that you sent them. Once they register, they must stay active for 2-3 days, in order for you to get the money. This is to verify that they are not dummy accounts just so you get paid.

Summing up
I will pay $0.20 (20 cents) for each person that:

• Messages me saying that they were sent by you
• Registers at the program
• Stays active for 2-3 days

Um...why would not people just have them be their refers instead of sending them to you. People would get more than .20 per person.

For various reasons:
1) They may not have enough time to be a member of the site I am a member of
2) That would also be a "risk" since not everyone who registers stays active, on the other hand $0.2 for each person is a fixed amount in your pocket.

I only want them to be active for 2-3 days, so that I can see they are not just dummies, probably created with proxies or whatever. Doing this would get the accounts banned, therefore I wouldn't lose any money on dummy accounts I hope you understand what I mean

You would have more luck just getting workers at like Microworkers or Minuteworkers rather than a forum like this. $.20 is nothing when you need active people. You could probably make more doing PPD and paying people $.20 per s-u-r-v-e-y download they complete for you.
