help with crashing map/a person?

I started to take interest in how people crash maps or how people crash only one person. So could anyone like, tell me how to crash map or a single person? I tried map crashing in v83 ps with kitterzPE, and I sended the packet : A8 00 DF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 0D 01 00 31
also did block recv A6 00. But it didn't work and I ended up getting myself dc'ed. Do I have to spam A8 00 DF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 0D 01 00 31 (asking that because I get dc'ed when I spam it) ? if so then do I need to change my delay? and how do you even dc only one person at a time? o-o

It worked once, don't know what happened.
