No not the hack you told me to uninstall my C++ and I have a lot of them if you look at the previous page at the screen shot I have like 10 and I dont know which ones to delete...

I haven't said that, I said REinstall C++ Redist.
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Centre
Reinstall this.

Help, i downloaded it and it doesnt work!
I downloaded the msvcp110.dll and reinstalled the vcredist x64 but it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application"
