I have ascended paragon pet..
wondering how i could get like 50 tokens an hour.

The ''Beginning the Final' and 'Coliseum Combatants' quests are both really good for getting Legion Tokens. Also, bots for both those quests can be found on Le Bot. I don't know exactly how many Tokens it can get you in a hour but I know its quite a bit. Also, if you reach 1K Legion Tokens you can buy the Exalted Legion Champion armor. This armor allows you to access a quest from Dage than can get you approximately 70-90 Legion Tokens an hour.
