My first PC specifications. [NEED ADVICE)

I'm planning to purchase and build my own PC (or prebuilt, idk) and I'm wondering whats good for me. I don't really do much with it other than CSGO and surf web etc. Can you guys give me your advices and why? Cheers guys!

if you are only going to be playing CSGO, there is no point in getting an expensive computer, a $300-$400 computer will do just fine

I mean, currently I'm playing csgo with my laptop and I'm getting 120 with low on dust2. With mirage and all the other bigger maps, I can't get any higher. I'll love to get high 200 at least. Playing with 80fps kinda suck and to think about it, I want this PC to last for other games in future if I were to play too.

you wont be able to see the difference between 60-300 fps, thats why 60fps is the sweetspot, most people cant see the difference

Ye. 30 fps might be laggy, but 60+ will run fine.

You can get that but you will not feel the difference on your eyes from 120-300 )

First to rich big FPS is depends on many stuff , to can use high FPS you need a good monitor( if not you have the same responds rate like before) , good internet speed (to take fast resources from the matrix of the game to procces it), the server where you play to be stable and good optimized, your settings of the game(I mean in console)

PS: I said I play 80fps on High the witcher 3 what is more intense graphics than csgo.
