You can't get banned & this isn't for Steam version.

Don't even try to use any hacks for steam. You will be banned so fast...

Afaik there is only one ESP undetected by the TAC. And camo/level/prestige hacks are detected for sure, they just have to take a look at your stats, and bam you are banned.

This isn't completely true, if you change your stats accordingly to amount of unlocked stuff, you won't get banned..But yea, it takes a lot of calculations and time..
