3.0 was for the version that nosteam (still) uses.
Steam BO2 got few updates in the meantime so it doesn't work for the nosteam version anymore..

Very nice, however, the "Force Host" option (at this point) is more of a "Try to be Host, but most likely fail" option; at least for me it is, It can't bypass the "Migrating Host" in the online lobby's, also it hardly ever puts me in a D-S as it is. I'm doing everything correct as-well.
